The final Canteen of the year is taking place on Friday 22 December at LCB Depot on Rutland Street. The monthly street food event that has been a huge hit in Leicester this year will be starting at the earlier time of 2pm right through until 10pm for the festive special and there’ll be plenty of Christmas fun as well as the excellent food that you’ve come to know from Canteen.

The traders are some of the customers’ favourites from the past year with a new seafood trader added to the mix! Read on below for their full menus, as well as the festive twist on the fabulous cocktail menu.

This month in the Tailgate Boutique Bar we welcome back one of Birmingham’s best kept secrets, Lee Millard. Lee has worked at a plethora of great cocktail bars across Birmingham over the past 16 years including the early days of Island Bar followed by Fumo, Bank, The Bureau and most recently Rofuto and Bar Opus.

He will be serving up a menu featuring a great set of cocktails including the now infamous “Hot Choc Flake Cafe” – some drinks have had a Christmas twist added to them! See the full menu below!

The Canteen team will be taking a break in January so this is set to be the last Canteen until the end of February 2018.
