Fashion lovers are being urged to attend a special fashion show to raise much needed funds and awareness for the Scoliosis Association UK.

Strut for Scoliosis will showcase the latest work from a range of unique designers, demonstrated by models, some of whom suffer from the condition.

The event will also include live music and the opportunity to volunteer and strut your stuff for the charity, so make sure you wear your favourite outfit.

A spokesperson for SAUK said: “Thank you so much for organizing this event, it’s a marvellous idea, as the mother of two teenage girls with scoliosis I know how important being fashionable despite the condition is!”

Doors open at 7pm on Saturday 22nd July at Attenborough Arts Centre.

Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Great Central, John has been actively involved in Leicester's creative community for over a decade - promoting shows and releasing records under the name Robot Needs Home. He is a director of Handmade Festival, and ex member of the band Maybeshewill.
